About us

I'm Luiz Alves, a dedicated police officer and a qualified strength and conditioning coach for high-performance athletes, deeply passionate about connecting causes to effects. My Grandfather’s life was a remarkable journey, from participating in a four-year counter-guerrilla war to becoming a successful entrepreneur and leader for over five decades. Along the way, he trained thousands of individuals.

In his later years, he dedicated seven years to studying why things succeed or fail, concluding that it's more about the training system than the available resources. This exploration gave birth to the "WOLF METHOD," which adapts ancient warrior wisdom to empower anyone, regardless of their circumstances or beliefs.

What we do

We guide individuals in recognizing their worth and achieving their dreams by teaching them to understand what others value and how to choose whom they serve best.We help build self-confidence and motivation to start, maintain, achieve any purpose and reinvent themselves when necessary.

You will learn to find opportunities in threats and solutions that replace excuses.

We help build habits of thought that become behaviours and attitudes that make it possible to face any challenge and aim for continuous progress without fear of the changes that are increasingly taking place in the world and require different solutions.

We help:

1.   Finding purpose, goals and ideas.

2.   Clarifying the objectives, their attributes and parameters. Their strengths and weaknesses.

3.   Mapping out where you are, where you want to go and what you're missing.

4.   Finding the knowledge, mentoring and information you need to make the right trades.

5.   Building a safe path from where you are to where you want to be, finding the motivation to start, persist and change, starting with simple actions in the environments you control or will travel through.

6.   Monitoring from the "feel".

7.   Discovering and eliminating the saboteurs that hinder the journey.

Programme

Building Self-Confidence - 90 days.

1.   In the first week, using the environments in which people live as a laboratory, we begin to build trust, starting with simple actions that can be taken immediately, without any prerequisites. At the same time, each participant does an exercise to discover their important goals, in terms of health, relationships and work.

2.   In the following three weeks, using a structured exercise, imaginative skills are used to identify whether the proposed objectives are actually worth pursuing, what the motivation behind these choices is, the degree of importance and urgency. How they can be broken down into stages, actions and routines and how to monitor them.

What kind of specific knowledge they need. Where to find reliable sources. What their strengths and weaknesses are.

Once this information has been collated, the plan is drawn up to follow until the end of the three months. To practise the planned routines, the first week's method is applied, replacing or adding the necessary actions. In other words, the laboratory that allowed you to start on the first day of the first week is changed to what is important for your life goals.

Fourth week

From this week until the end of the training, when enough confidence has been built up to face new challenges, new approaches are added to the current practices:

1.   Understand what trade-offs are and make people realise the importance of making good trade-offs in order to get the most out of less energy, in other words, to make everyone worth more with less effort. So that you can struggle less in life and have time to live it.

2.   Learn to identify saboteurs, what prevents or hinders life and how to eliminate them before they become self-sabotage.
